Arturo Olivas is an Associate at Alexander Hughes Monterrey based out in Nuevo León, Mexico. Arturo has been an independent consultant since 2018 and has participated in various assessment exercises for executives mainly in the Monterrey area. His core experience is as Consultancy in Organizational Development and Business Strategies for Executives.

At the beginning of his career, Arturo worked as a research professor, but later began a period of more than 25 years with LG Electronics Mexico-Reynosa at the level of Director and Consultant in the areas of IT & HR. However, he had a great responsibility and connection with the areas of SCM, services, manufacturing, engineering, EESH, design, materials, logistics and quality. During this time Arturo had various multicultural experiences and the possibility of participating in forums in various regions outside of Mexico presenting cases on organizational talent improvement practices.

Simultaneously, Arturo was Index’s national advisor for 5 years, allowing him to know in detail multiple industries, problems, procedures, and to link up with an important network of the private and public sector, as well as to participate in multiple solutions forums for the Index sector.

Arturo is an Electronics Engineer and has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science with a modality in Information Systems from ITESM. He also has been certificated in Organizational Development from PANAM.

Arturo speaks Spanish and English.

Arturo was born in Chihuahua City in 1955, married and has two grown children.
