Jorge is a Senior Advisor at Alexander Hughes Paris Office.

He is a seasoned Human Resource Professional with international know-how, at operational and corporate level aligning HR strategy with the business needs of multinational companies.

Previously former Global Talent Management Head at Sanofi, based in Paris, Jorge implemented new Human Capital Strategy worldwide and supported Emerging Markets Leaders focusing on Organizational Design and Talent and Change Management strategy.

As an expert of the LATAM region, he deployed Human Resources, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition organization, lead career development projects and diversity initiatives supporting HR regions leaders including Due Diligence Merger & Acquisition Processes for all HR activities.

Jorge holds a master’s degree from “Escuela de Economia UB” and speaks Spanish, English and French fluently.
