Norbert ALIX-BUGUET is Managing Partner at Managers by Alexander Hughes Paris

Norbert has more than 35 years of experience in Direct Marketing, Insurance Business Management, Business Unit Management and CEO functions.

After starting his career in 1986 in several sales positions, he joined MEDIAPOST as a sales representative and 4 years after became sales and marketing director of LA POSTE Group Regional Headquarters.

In 1993 he bought an AGF insurance portfolio and developed BtoC and BtoB activities. In 1998 Norbert decided to join the insurance brokerage world leader MARSH as Account Manager in the affinity department. Two years later he is hunted to start a new adventure in THE PHONE HOUSE Group as Insurance Manager then the Managing Director of the captive desk where he contributed to the launch and development of the mobile phone insurance market in France for more than 8 years.

Between 2010 and 2012 Norbert was CEO and commercial director at APRIL ENTREPRISE.

He began his executive search career in 2016 after more than two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and management. He leverages his experience in the insurance, banking and consulting sectors.

Norbert graduated from Novencia Business School and has the Insurance Broker professional ability.

He speaks French and English and has practiced Rugby for over 35 years.
