Roland Karsenty

Roland Karsenty is a Client Partner at Alexander Hughes, and has extensive international leadership experience in organizational transformation, consulting and both HR and IT Digital applications in large, global companies. He has played leadership roles in some of the largest mergers such as Hewlett-Packard, Pfizer, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Agilent Technologies, Aviva.

Roland is considered a thought leader in strategic HR transformation, Organization Design, Talent Management having driven some of the most innovative programs in industry. He has expertise in change management, reengineering, organizational development, application development, executive compensation, HR operations and Digital programs.

Roland received an engineering master’s degree from ESIGELEC with Specialty degree from SUPELEC and holds a master’s degree in management & business administration from IFG-ICG.

He speaks french and english.
