Thomas Escaré joined Alexander Hughes Human Capital in 2022 as Consultant.
Over the last 20 years, he has successively undertaken the functions of Managing Consultant in an international recruitment agency, Head of Talent Management in an IT Software firm, Senior Consultant and Project Manager in an assessment firm, and Client Partner in charge of the business expansion of assessment and top team performance in an organisation which specialised in career transition and organisation strategy.
Thomas has an expertise in strategic management of national and international accounts, implementation of external selection and Talent Management processes, and project management relating to High Potential identification, Succession Planning, Leadership Development and Executive Assessments.
He consults at all levels of management in both the private and public sectors and their executive committees.
His passion for innovation, his pragmatism, his willingness to support and his optimism are very much appreciated by his clients.
Thomas undertakes his assignments in French, English and German.
