  Eddy has 20 years of extensive experience in Finance. He has worked mainly for American multi-nationals, including service companies, manufacturing companies and, more recently, the credit card business.

Eddy obtained a Master's degree in Economic Sciences at the University of Brussels.

He started his career as an External Auditor. With this experience he followed his career path to the headquarters of several American companies such as:
- Dowell Schlumberger Group (oil drilling industry) as Finance Manager for the Co-ordination Center in Belgium and the Logistic Center in The Netherlands.
- D.H.L. (courier express) as International Division Finance Manager for the Worldwide Headquarters based in Brussels.
- Mactac Europe (pressure sensitive materials) as Director of Finance and Administration.
- MasterCard Europe (credit/debit cards) as Interim Regional Finance Director for the Maestro/debit card division.

  Howard Honick joined the Alexander Hughes consultant team in the year 2000, bringing with him over 20 years of international senior management experience in cosmetics, retail, and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining Alexander Hughes, Howard was Marketing Manager, General Manager, Managing Director and Projects Director with L’Oréal. He has also held senior executive positions with B. Braun and managed several retail outlets.

Howard Honick has also acquired in-depth knowledge of, and passion for the IT, Telecom, and Automotive industries.

Howard’s exceptional international experience has enabled him to develop a genuine multicultural outlook: he has lived and worked in France, Belgium, the UK, the United States, Australia and New Zealand.

Howard holds a French Baccalaureate in Economics, a BA from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

He has native ability in both English and French.

  Christian Coffinet is the new Managing Partner of Alexander Hughes Belgium and Luxembourg.

Prior to joining the Belgian office, Christian was President of CPM Search, the French subsidiary of the Alexander Hughes Group, specialized in the direct search and recruitment of middle management, young high flyers and specialists. He joined the Alexander Hughes Group with over 15 years experience conducted search assignments mainly in the industrial world. One of his key orientations are toward international positions within large corporations and their subsidiaries in France.

In the beginning of his executive search career Christian was in charge of the recruitment division for industrial and international positions for Courtaud and Partners, a major European HR and search firm. Later he was a Senior consultant and partner of the Paris office within the Eurosearch Group.

Before joining the consulting business, Christian worked for two major American corporations, Eastmann Kodak and Digital Equipment in various management, marketing and human resources roles.

Christian has an engineering and management degree from Ecole des Mines (Saint-Etienne) and he speaks English and French.

  Anne has spent 20 years in international companies where she evolved in several senior management positions. She brings to Alexander Hughes her extensive experience in leadership and change management for delivering complex large scale projects, capitalizing on all resources, especially human capital.

Anne began her career with the import-export company Capa, later Sumitomo Chemicals, where she had managerial responsibilities for Europe successively in sales and marketing, multi-modal transportation worldwide and then production in India.

She then moved to France to work with the software development company C2V before joining DHL Headquarters Logistics Division. At DHL she set up warehousing and customer services operations which supported the development of customized solutions for their Global Account Programme.

Then hired by UPS Europe as International Strategic Planning Director, Anne built the supply chain division with an extended service portfolio, a robust network and infrastructure, state-of-the-art IT systems, and skilled multi-cultural teams through multi-country acquisitions.

As Director of Spare Parts Logistics, she headed teams that managed the rapid growth of new services and the implementation of worldwide distribution and after-sales solutions for B2B and B2C markets in various industry sectors (consumer market, automotive, high tech, electronics, and healthcare). During her time with Spare Parts Logistics, she increased customer satisfaction, profitability and improved quality.

While working as senior consultant in strategy execution, she was recruited and appointed as COO for FleetLogistics, supplying services in the car fleet industry on a Pan-European level.

Anne obtained a Master of Languages and Translation, also attended a university post-graduate in International Law and Public Affairs. Today, she follows the path of certified professional coaching for enterprises.
She speaks fluent French, English, German and Dutch.

  Steven Maisel joined Alexander Hughes Belgium as a consultant in 2004.

Steven is a British national with many years experience working in Continental Europe within the business to business and FMCG sectors.

A Chartered Accountant, Steven gained his first working experience in various accounting firms, eventually becoming the Controller of a direct mail subsidiary of William Levene Holdings Ltd.

At K-Tel International (UK) Ltd, a TV advertised record company, Steven was the UK controller in London, reporting to the Northern Europe Finance Director.

In 1986 Steven became the International Financial Controller for Michael Page Plc, based in Amsterdam and London. There he handled the expansion of businesses from a UK base into France, Holland and Germany, recruiting accountants in six countries.

Six years later, Steven joined Allied Domecq Plc, a FTSE 100 company specialised in spirits, wine and quick service restaurants as Financial Director of its Dutch holding company. Part of the European senior management team, he then directed the project team to introduce the new Single Currency, the euro, into Allied's European businesses. Additionally, he chaired the euro forums of the Brussels based think tank, the European Policy Centre, and served as a Consultant to the EU Commission and the FEE (European Accounting body).

Before joining Alexander Hughes, Steven was the Director of Investor Relations for Provimi S.A., a world leader in animal nutrition. Based in Paris and Rotterdam, Steven was responsible for the company's strategy for diversifying the investor base and maintained relations with the Euronext Stock Exchange and the European investment community.

Steven is a native English speaker, speaks fluent French, intermediate Dutch and has some knowledge of German.

  Christophe Hanin joined Alexander Hughes with nearly 20 years of international IT management experience.

Christophe worked and lived in Belgium, Switzerland and in the United Kingdom where he held several management positions and led or actively contributed to dramatic IT organisation changes and numerous major ERP implementation projects at the pan-European and worldwide levels.

He started his career in Belgium working for Volkswagen Forest, before moving on to Exxon Chemical International, European Owens-Corning and the FICS Group (S1).

He was later hired by Swissair and moved to England where he held the position of IS Director UK for the highly challenging Gate Gourmet subsidiary.

Christophe then moved into the game industry and joined Sega Europe in London as IT Director Europe. He later joined the FMCG FTSE 100 companies Allied Domecq Spirits and Wines as IT Director Mid Europe where he was responsible for all aspects of IT service & solutions delivery to the business units in Mid Europe. Before joining Alexander Hughes Christophe was CIO of Inverness Medical Innovations in the UK.

Christophe has a degree in computer sciences and holds a post-university degree in Management from the Solvay Business School. He also has a degree in Communication and Leadership Management from the Institut fur Kommunikation, Management und Verkauf in St Gallen.

Christophe is fluent in French and English and has a good knowledge of Dutch.
