Ladislav joined Alexander Hughes Central Europe based in Prague in January 2006, having retired from a Country Manager position of an international pharmaceutical producer and distributor. He is very experienced in this business with a wide range of contacts and broad professional experience.
Having finished his university studies at The Technical University of Pardubice where he graduated with a degree in special Anorganic Chemistry, Ladislav started his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry. After several years working in pharmaceutical production, research and development, he was active in different top manager positions in the Czech Pharma industry and he spent the last 15 years as Managing Director of two international pharmaceutical companies located in the Czech Republic.

Alzbeta Hesova graduated from the Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Arts, Institute of Translation and Interpretation. Additionally she studied at the Institute of Translation in Moscow, Russia. In 1993 she joined Ward Howell International as the Research Consultant and she was trained to become a consultant. She managed search projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia mainly for international clients in the region.
In 1996 she joined a Central European search firm Jenewein Management Consulting to become the Managing Partner for the Czech Republic. She successfully developed the activities of the firm in different industry and service sectors and in 1999 she co-founded an own search firm together with two colleagues. Since they were always determined to develop business within the Central European region, they joined the Alexander Hughes group.
Today, Alzbeta's main task is to develop international business relations and handle projects on regional level. Within the Alexander Hughes group she works in the Finance Sector as well as in the Built Environment where her core experience lies. She also actively participates in the support of foreign investment in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, prepares studies for potential investors and co-operates with the governmental investment support agencies.

Richard Hes

Richard Hes is the Managing Partner of Alexander Hughes Central Europe since 2003. He is responsible for the region of Central Europe - Czech Republic, Poland Slovakia and Hungary where he has managed search projects for both multinational and local clients.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague and he specialized in Labour as well as Corporate Law.
Richard began his professional career with an attorney at law in Prague. In 1997 he joined Jenewein Management consulting as Senior Consultant. As such he managed projects for international companies mostly in IT/Telco and in the production sector both in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. At the same time he has participated in the process of inviting new international investors in Central and Eastern Europe. In 1999 Richard co-founded an own Human Resources Consulting company ARH+ s.r.o.
He speaks fluent English, German, Czech and Russian. |

Barbora Lisecova

Barbora is a Research Consultant with an Alexander Hughes CE based in Prague since February 2003
She graduated from the College of Education and started her professional career in human resources management within a leading international electro technical parts manufacturer and assembler as a recruitment specialist responsible mainly for recruitment and adaptation of technical positions candidates.
Having joined Alexander Hughes Central Europe Barbora started to work on search projects for both local and international clients in top management as well as key specialist positions mainly in pharmaceutical industry, manufacturing, media sector and real-estate area. At the same time she serves as the Research Manager in AHCE and is responsible for the co-ordination of research work.
Alongside her profession she studies Human Resources Management at The Charles University in Prague, Philosophical Faculty. Barbora speaks Czech and English. |

Milan Prášil

Milan Prášil joins Alexander Hughes Czech Republic with in-depth knowledge of the health care industry.
Milan spent a great deal of his early professional career developing expertise in the pharma industry. He initially worked for the Czech branches of research-oriented pharma producers in various positions in sales and marketing. He later gained international senior management experience working at a multinational biotech company, where he was responsible for the process of company expansion to the regions of Central and Eastern Europe.
Milan also has thorough knowledge of the entrepreneurial environment. He founded and, until very recently, managed a successful consulting company serving customers who came from every segment of the health care industry, incl. health insurance, hospitals and other public institutions.
In addition to being a Consultant at Alexander Hughes, Milan also functions as an Advisor to the Dean of the 1st medical faculty of Charles University, where he supervises the development of a postgraduate program on entrepreneurship education.
Milan Prasil graduated from the 1st medical faculty of the Charles University in Prague (1995) and got his MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and the U.S. Business School in Prague (1996). |
