Fivos Kiousopoulos is the Managing Partner of Alexander Hughes Greece based in Athens.
Fivos provides executive search consulting services focused on recruiting CEOs/Presidents, board members and other senior executives on behalf a wide range of Greek and global companies - from early-stage private to public firms.
Fivos began his professional career as a consultant at the Hay Group in New York. Working in the organizational development practice, he consulted numerous Fortune 500 companies throughout the US in the design and implementation of assessment and selection systems.
Returning to his home country, Greece, he joined the Athens office of the Hay Group where he worked as an Executive Search Consultant, handling senior level management positions across all industrial sectors.
He then joined Adel / Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising in 1998, as a Human Resources Manager.
Fivos returned to the executive search profession in 2000, when he founded his own firm, HR Quest Search and Selection S.A., in Athens.
He holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in New York and a BA in Psychology and Philosophy (magna cum laude) from Boston University. Fivos is married and has two sons. |

Dr. Frank Bledjian focuses exclusively in the conduct of CEO’s and Board assignments for Alexander Hughes Greece.
Dr. Bledjian joined Alexander Hughes Greece after a prominent career in the corporate world. In the past he has been the CEO of Friesland Coberco Dairy Foods (one of the leading dairy companies in Greece) for 25 years.
Formerly he was the Managing Director AEG Telefunken Hellas and held various senior management positions in Exxon Germany and the UK.
Dr. Bledjian holds an Economics degree from Cologne University (Germany) and a Ph.D. in Economics from Erlangen Neurnberg University (Germany). |

Maria Lazaridou

Maria has been a Research Consultant with Alexander Hughes Greece since February 2000. Maria’s research experience has focused across a range of sectors from financial to the heavy industry. At the same time she serves as the Research Manager in AH Greece and is responsible for the co-ordination of research work.
Prior to joining AH Greece, Maria worked as a private banking executive for Citibank for over 5 years. Her experience is further complemented by Bounty Advertising where she worked as an accountant and Novartis Pharmaceuticals where she worked in the logistics field.
Maria has studied economics at the American College of Greece and speaks fluently Greek and English. She is married and has two children. |

George Chrysikos

Mr. George Chrysikos is the General Manager of Alexander Hughes Greece based in Athens.
In the past Mr. Chrysikos was the Managing Director of Genka Commercial (trading of quality products such as wines, drinks, delicatessen and functions restaurants) for 15 years.
Formerly, he was the General Manager of GTE - Sylvania (Lighting) for 12 years and held managerial positions in the marketing departments of Colgate-Palmolive and Warner-Lambert.
Mr. Chrysikos holds a Business Administration degree from Athens University and he has attended numerous marketing and sales seminars.
Additionally, he is a member of O.E.E and the Association of Chief Executive Officers (where he was a member of the Board of Directors). |
