Ida Casaburi joined Alexander Hughes after a distinguished career of 22 years with Europ Assistance, a leading provider of individual and collective, technical and medical assistance. During her tenure she held the following positions: Human Resources Director; Managing Director of all the Europ Assistance Italia companies; Managing Director of a health provident fund; Managing Director of an integrative provident fund; and Chairman of AISA, an employer’s association for insurance, assistance and service companies. Member of the Italian HR Director Association.
Early in her career she held the position of Assistant Sales Manager for W.R. Grace Italia, multinational corporation (Chemical Sector).
Ida Casaburi is a Business School graduate. Her mother tongue is Italian and she also speaks English and French. |

Paolo Carrozza joined Alexander Hughes Milan as Senior Consultant in June 2008.
He began his career at Proctor & Gamble as Junior Product Manager.
Since then, he has held different positions with increasing responsibilities at medium-sized companies.
In 1995, he was named Managing Director of Artime/Philip Watch Group, and in 1997, Paolo took the role of Managing Director at Trussardi Group.
In 1998, he joined the executive search industry at an important international firm where he had the responsibility of developing the financial services, fashion and luxury sectors.
Paolo Carrozza graduated with a degree in Economics. He was also a professor for a number of years at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. His mother tongue is Italian, and he also speaks fluent English. |

Gianluigi Russo is the Managing Partner of Alexander Hughes Italy.
In 1989, Gianluigi was one of the youngest managers of Fininvest, and for several years he held different positions with increasing responsibilities.
In 1997, he became a shareholder and the Managing Director of Impresa & Sinergie, a consulting firm created in Fininvest primarily focusing on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions and management audit.
Gianluigi joined the executive search industry definitively in 2005, when he became Senior Partner at an important international firm based in Milan.
He studied philosophy and psychology at the universities of Milan and Madrid, has postgraduate degrees in strategic management of services, quality of service and human resources; he speaks fluent Spanish, English and Italian. |
