Dana Patrichi is the Managing Partner of Alexander Hughes Romania in Bucharest. She joined Alexander Hughes Romania as a senior consultant in 2002, after working for Alexander Hughes France.
Prior to joining AHR, Dana Patrichi was the Director of the French Chamber of Commerce in Bucharest. Owing to her strong experience gained on the Romanian market, combined with her extensive knowledge of French companies, she was re-elected for the same position several times. She was also appointed as the Executive Director for EU Relations and Development at the Union of Bilateral Chambers of Commerce in Romania.
Dana ran her own human resources consulting company in Paris for 10 years, focusing on executive search, as well as handling HR consulting projects in Western Europe and Romania.
Dana holds a Master degree in Humanities from the Sorbonne (Paris IV), an other in International Human Resources Management from C.N.A.M. (Conservatoire National des Arts & Metiers) - Paris as well as an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
She is fluent in French, English and Romanian. |

Claudia Nastase entered the recruitment business in 1996 as a consultant with the local Business Intelligence Agency. She became a Senior Consultant, and then a Partner with Alexander Hughes Romania in 2003, specializing in the Finance and Services sectors.
Claudia Nastase began her career in the IT industry with Ciel Romania, the local branch of the Sage Group, one of the world leaders in business software. She held various jobs of increasing responsibility, reaching the position of Sales Manager and then finally Client Service Director.
Managing sales, client relations, customer support and product design, and development activities, she had a decisive contribution in the positioning of Ciel Romania as a market leader in its sector.
Claudia has a degree in Physics.
She is fluent in English. |

Benefiting from 12 years’ worth of experience in Human Resources, Dana started her career as a Consultant in a recruitment agency, collaborating with multinational companies in IT, Telecom and FMCG. One of her most successful projects was an international recruitment project for Motorola University.
Afterwards, she joined the Telecommunications leader of the Romanian market, Mobifon (currently Vodafone), in a HR consultancy role: she acted as an In-house Consultant for the Sales, Marketing, Strategy & Regulatory Affairs and Customer Operations departments and was involved in strategic planning and human resources management.
In 2004, she was appointed as Human Resources Director at IPSOS New Media Research and handled the design, management and control of the human resources strategy and systems for the company’s new operations in Romania, also providing expert advice and support in all key-areas of human resources management.
For the last three years she ran her own business and starting April 2008 she joined AH Romania as a Senior Consultant in charge with business development and project management.
Dana is fluent in English and has a degree in Human Resources Management from Seneca College, Canada. |

Kevin Henry

Kevin Henry relocated to Romania in 2004 to enter the executive search industry as a Researcher at Alexander Hughes Romania. Through the extensive research he conducted on successful missions, Kevin gained valuable expertise that led him to become Consultant.
Kevin also participated in launching the HRadiography Project, an international project in cooperation with Pasquale Paoli University, Corsica, whose focus is to define and study Romanian mentality.
Prior to entering the field of executive search, Kevin excelled as a project coordinator for one of the leading construction companies in California. He was also Head Librarian of the French Department Library at the University of California at Berkeley, where he single-handedly reorganized and modernized its information system.
Kevin's academic background includes a double Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and French Literature from UC Berkeley, USA, as well as extensive research experience as a scholar.
A native speaker of English and French, Kevin is currently improving his Romanian. |

Anemari Chiru

Anemari has successfully passed from working with non-profit organizations to a flourishing career in the private sector, gaining a broad expertise in marketing and business development, and acquiring wide-ranging skills in an international environment.
She started her career at the British Council in Bucharest, as the Customer Services Officer for the 6 branches across the country, and organizing the Council’s participation to various educational fairs.
In 2002, Anemari moved to Weldom Romania, where she advised and supervised the launching of major retail projects.
After joining the French Chamber of Commerce in Bucharest as the Commercial Coordinator, she handled the organization of business forums for French multinationals throughout the country, facilitating their implementation and development in Romania. Anemari single-handedly organized 4 successful editions of one of the most efficient and select job fairs in Romania geared towards French companies (the Forum Francophone de l’Emploi).
Her next move was to embark on a challenging project: the promotion and development of Promosalons France activity in Romania, as their sole Delegate in the country, successfully managing to transform this activity into a thriving business. She organized business meetings, organized the participation of Romanian companies to numerous professional fairs abroad, and assisted many Romanian companies in creating and building successful business alliances with major companies all around the world.
Anemari holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science from the University of Bucharest, and is fluent in both French and English. |
