Björn is the Managing Partner of Alexander Hughes in Finland, Norway and Sweden. He has been 3 years within the Executive Search business, working as Senior Consultant, handling international assignments in the sectors of Finance, Life Science, Cleantech and Industry.
Björn has extensive experience from the financial sector, working more than 20 years on different management positions. He has also experience working internationally within the outsourcing business, holding a position as business director in a public company.
Previously Björn worked in the US company group Johnson & Johnson, where he was the regional manager in Sweden for Ortho Diagnostics.
He started his career in the Pulpwood industry acting as financial manager in a family own business.
Björn speaks English, French and German and holds a university degree in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg. He has two daughters. |

Ulla Thuden joined Alexander Hughes after a significant experience as senior professional in marketing, information, communication and sales both on operational and strategic levels. She started her career in the life science industry at Johnson & Johnson in 1982. Then, she continued in the advertising sector where she started her own business and worked for companies within the Stockholm area.
She started to work in search industry as recruitment consultant in 2000. During the last 10 years, she has completed assignments in different sectors including financial services, life sciences, energy, telecom, public sector and organizations, both in B2C and B2B approaches. She has recruited executives, managers as well as specialists. Ulla is one of the most experienced recruitment consultants within positions for marketing, information and communication.
Ulla holds a Business Administration degree with focus on Marketing from the University of Uppsala and a degree in Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) coaching. She has extensive knowledge in Personality Tests.
She is married, has two teenage daughters and speaks English. |

A senior business professional with more than 25 years of experience in high technology business sectors i.e. Mobile Telecom, Telecom and Internet.
Göran has been active in companies such as Ericsson, Ventshare Management AB and 724 Solutions. As an executive, Göran has held positions in sales and business development, strategic product management as well as venture management. Over the past six years Göran has been running an independent consultancy firm operating in the field of business and company development targeting the ICT market. In 2007 Göran became an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, IIB. As Business Advisor, Göran has been giving business advice to company owners/Managing directors.
The fact that he has been working with such a variety of businesses with regard to size, culture and behaviour has given him insights and experience in how companies handle different situations from a strategic point of view as well as in the day to day activity.
Since 2008, Göran has focused on Executive Search and Headhunting.
Göran has international experience from several business cultures (Europe, Asia and USA).
In the summertime you will probably find Göran somewhere in the Stockholm Archipelago which, according to Göran, is “paradise on earth”. Göran is married and has four children.
