  Nadia El Iraki Laalej joins Alexander Hughes as Business Manager for the Maghreb office.

With over 20 years of experience, Nadia is a wide range of experience of recruitment in Morocco and France. She has gained in-depth market knowledge on human resources development in moroccan and international context.

Nadia began her professional career in Paris in 1985 and has spent her career in the field of Human Resources Development and Recruitment in Morocco, having previously worked for major companies.

In 1999, she founded a consulting firm specialized in recruitment and professional evaluation before joining Alexander Hughes.

Nadia has a Masters degree in Labor Psychology from the Sorbonne, a Social Psychology degree and an International Relations Certificate.

Nadia has two childrens.

Aicha Ziraoui Bensain ( Maghreb - Casablanca )

  Aicha Ziraoui Bensain joined the Alexander Hughes Maghreb team in April 2008, as Senior Consultant.

Her professional career began at AKWA Group, where she was a Project Manager for a supermarket firm. In 1999, she was recruited as Consultant for POTENTIEL RH.

Since 2007, she has been promoted as Recruitment Manager for the search firm, working throughout all sectors, managing all parts of the recruitment process, from the identification of client’s need to providing best talents on the market.

Born in Meknes, Morocco in 1970, Aicha holds a degree in Marketing and Commerce from the ESG Casablanca and studied at the University of Psychology in Toulouse. She is fluent in French and Arabic, and understands Spanish. Aicha is married and has two children.

Alia Naciri ( Maghreb - Casablanca )

  Alia Naciri joined Alexander Hughes Maghreb as Senior Consultant in April 2008.

She began her professional career in 2001 at Licorne, a consultancy and training firm, where she worked for over five years as Consultant for quality management systems and Trainer.

Working mainly within the industrial and financial sectors, Alia Naciri has participated in and conducted many implementation projects for ISO 9001 certification as well as engineering training. She also developed Licorne’s Recruitment department, before joining POTENTIEL RH as Consultant/Development Manager.

Born in Tangier in 1978, Alia NACIRI has a Master's Degree in Biotechnology. Her complementary studies are Quality Management and Human Resources Management. She speaks French, Spanish, Arabic and has a working knowledge of English. Alia is married and has too sons.

  Charlotte Rey joined Alexander Hughes Maghreb in April 2008, as Senior Consultant.

After graduating from INSEEC Bordeaux and obtaining a Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources she began her career in 2003 in France.

After a first experience with KELLY SERVICES INTERIM as a consultant, Charlotte moved to a private recruiting office before deciding to leave France for Morocco.

For the past two years she has been working as a senior consultant at POTENTIEL RH.

Charlotte is French. She speaks French and English.
