Evan Tolstoj is the Managing Partner of Alexander Hughes in Denmark. He has 15 years of operational business experience from working in Danish as well as international businesses. His business experience comes from positions within finance, sales and marketing and general management in Danish and multinational companies such as Superfos, 3M, Sony and Chr. Olsen and from his own businesses within IT and Executive Search.

Furthermore, Evan has accumulated extensive experience with owner-managed companies.

Helle is a Senior Advisor at Alexander Hughes in Denmark.
She is a business woman with international experience in strategic leadership in the Pharmaceutical Industry and in entrepreneurship within Life Science.
Her career spans operational and executive responsibilities for 30 years within the Health Care industry and the business of Intellectual Property Counselling, respectively. She has held executive positions for 20 years, including presidentships within Benzon Pharma A/S, Denmark; Statens Serum Institut, Denmark; Peptech (Europe) A/S, Denmark and Australia; Nycomed Pharma AS, Norway and Plougmann & Vingtoft A/S - Intellectual Property Consulting, Nordic area.
Since 1989 Helle has dedicated part of her time to directorships, e.g. Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Danish National Bank and the Board of Directors of the Danish National Banks Jubilee Foundation of 1968, Chairman of The Danish Academy of Technical Science's Think Tank, non-executive Director of the Danish Credit Agency, Foundation of the Baltic Development Forum, Medisize OY, Finland and former non-executive Director of e.g. Avesthagen Ltd, India, Coloplast A/S, Denmark, and Radiometer A/S, Denmark.
She was awarded Business Woman of the Year in Denmark in 1990; granted the Women of Science Lecturer Award, University of Michigan, USA, in 1987 and inducted into the Danish Academy of Technical Sciences in 1989. |
