23th April 2015, Paris office had the pleasure to gather at a round table two hundred clients and five recognized specialistss of corporate governance for a constructive debate on the issue of composition of management teams and boards.
The evening was also marked by the publication of the first edition of the AH Global Governance Review. The study conducted by Alexander Hughes team in France and abroad presents relevants facts on the compositon of boards and management teams over seven hundred major listed groups.
