Anne-Caroline Gewinner

Over the course of five years, she worked closely with the CEO and Founder, managing recruitment assignments. This experience allowed her to explore various industries and professions while mastering diverse talent search strategies.

As a Consultant with Managers by Alexander Hughes, Anne-Caroline supports clients in developing their Recruitment, Talent Management, and Diversity strategies, with a focus on the Industry, Automotive (OEMs, manufacturers, retailers, and e-commerce), Defence, Transport and Logistics, Construction, and Energy sectors.

Prior to joining the Alexander Hughes Group, she served as a Human Resources Manager at Orange Cyberdefense. She later specialized in Executive and Expert recruitment consulting within headhunting firms.

Anne-Caroline works across all sectors, recruiting for Executive, Expert, and High-Potential positions, with a particular focus on promoting diversity. Her assignments span France, French overseas departments and territories and international markets.

A graduate of La Rochelle Business School (Groupe Excelia), with a double major in Human Resources Management and Industry, she is fluent in French and English.
