Specializing in research and development, senior manager assessments, and the deployment of the innovative « CLIENT-Fit » assessment solution, Carla leverages her extensive expertise to support the Human Capital subsidiary, led by Philippe Cavat.

Before joining Alexander Hughes, Carla built a diverse career spanning the luxury clothing industry and insurance sales, where she honed her skills in Human Resources management. In 2015, she expanded her professional portfolio by becoming certified in self-image coaching in Paris. This enabled her to work closely with adolescents, guiding them into the job market by enhancing their self-esteem and personal image.

Carla holds a degree in Clinical Psychology and Human Resources Management from Saint-Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon, equipping her with a robust foundation for her professional journey.

She is fluent in French, English, and Arabic, enabling her to navigate multicultural environments effectively.

In addition to her professional commitments, Carla is passionate about supporting adolescents and empowering them to develop confidence in their personal and professional image.

She is actively involved in associations dedicated to assisting children traumatized by war, reflecting her deep commitment to making a positive societal impact.
