Dana Bartels

Dana began her journey in the consulting industry in 1990, working with several executive search firms before joining Alexander Hughes Romania in 2015 as a Client Partner.

Over the years, she has built a solid generalist background and developed a reputation as a trusted consultant, particularly in recruiting C-level executives for sectors such as industrial, consumer markets, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical industry.

Her expertise spans both national and international executive search projects, showcasing her ability to navigate diverse markets and meet varied client needs.

In addition to her executive search expertise, Dana provides consulting services focused on conflict resolution and organizational communication, helping businesses solve internal challenges and improve team dynamics.

A true pioneer in Romania’s HR consulting field, Dana founded one of the country’s first recruitment agencies in early 1990s. Her career also includes hands-on experience as an HR Manager at Orange Romania, giving her deep insight into internal HR policies and practices. This unique blend of strategic and operational human resources expertise enables her to deliver customized, effective solutions to her clients.

Academically, Dana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Romanian Academy of Economic Studies and has specialized in executive search and HR consulting through her studies at Snelling University.

Fluent in English and proficient in German, she is a skilled communicator who effectively manages both local and international projects.
