With over two decades in executive search, Dana is a member of Alexander Hughes’ Industrial, Technology, Consumer Markets, Financial Services and Life Science practices, specialized in top management and other key leadership hires, including placements on regional roles. She also has expertise in recruiting best-in-class professionals for high-growth venture capital and private equity, helping them find the right leaders for their portfolio companies.

Dana joined Alexander Hughes in 2008 as a Business Development Director and stepped into the role of Managing Partner in 2015, playing a key role in growing the local business.

Her entrepreneurial profile, which blends both corporate and startup experience, complements her deep understanding of various industries. Dana has consistently acted as a trusted consultant and business partner for multinational and local companies, helping them attract top-level talent. Known for her consultative approach and strong business acumen, she is highly regarded for her ability to identify and recruit exceptional professionals.

Dana is also actively involved in international Executive Search and Talent Mapping projects, working across different sectors and providing expert advice to clients on challenging assignments.
