Friedbert gained many years of professional experience in investment and private equity firms and in the international industrial environment (especially in Europe, Canada, USA, U.A.E.), of which a total of 15 years in leadership roles.
As a senior coach at the European Business School (EBS) he developed, among other techniques, a methodical approach for identifying relevant decision-making factors and personality traits in interviews.
He gained his consulting experience as a consultant with a French recruitment consultancy in Paris followed by an international executive search company in Frankfurt am Main. Later, Friedbert worked as Vice President for one of the world’s largest international executive search companies, in the automotive sector.
Friedbert holds a degree in Economics from the University of Heidelberg, an MBA in International Management from the University of Geneva and is a licensed Senior Coach of the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel.
In addition to his native German, Friedbert speaks fluent English and French.
