Prior to joining the group, Laurence worked for several years in other generalist search firms where she mainly focused on assignments in the fields of Energy (New Energy, Oil&Gas, Mining), Industry, High tech leveraging her background and extensive experience in these sectors.
In 2022, she worked as co-DRH within EXAIL (former Ixblue) and previously, she spent more than 13 years in the petrochemical Industry (EXXONMOBIL, SHELL) in strategic sales and international business development roles, collaborating with multicultural players across multiple industry sectors: energy, chemicals, airline, environment, cosmetic, packaging, construction, automotive.
Besides her corporate roles, Laurence also founded a start-up in the wine and luxury business while living in Spain.
Laurence holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Lyon and an executive MBA from IMD Lausanne (Switzerland). She is also certified from IFOD, ‘coach competencies’ in 2020.
She is fluent in French, English, Spanish, she has basics in German.
