Prior to that, she held various Global Executive HR positions within the financial industry, specifically investment banking, audit and consulting.
She brings over 25 years of experience both in the private and public sector and her ability to work on cross-industry assignments within international environments.
Previously she worked at a senior level at Andersen Consulting/Arthur Andersen followed by Rothschild & Co, Crédit Agricole CIB, London Stock Exchange, CMA CGM and lately Groupe Caisse des Dépôts.
She is a graduate from Sciences Po Paris and Tübingen University (Germany) as well as from the French Institute for Higher Defence Studies (IHEDN, 70 Session Nationale).
Marcella is both French and German. She is fluent in French, English, German and Italian and has working knowledge in Spanish.
