Natalie Humphreys

Natalie is a highly experienced Senior Executive Search Leader with a proven track record in designing and executing talent acquisition and retention strategies across diverse industries and business sectors. Natalie has deep experience of leading executive search projects up to Board level for Financial Services businesses.

She is an executive search professional, delivering senior leadership talent, learning & development agendas and runs projects for diversity and inclusion.

Latterly she had a consulting career as an interim manager, primarily working with Consumer and Technology businesses to lead talent acquisition and talent management initiatives, developing the strategy to support high performing teams across EMEA and US geographies.

She is focused on seamless execution of the talent agenda and has had the privilege to work with many multinational corporate brands. This makes her well placed to understand and empathise with career interims, and the pace the market moves.

Natalie hold a Degree in History of Art and Architecture from Reading University and speaks english.
