He provides Executive Search and Assessment services focused on CEOs, Senior Executives and Board Members for both Greek and global companies. Fivos takes pride in maintaining strong and long-term business relationships with both clients and candidates, the result of his endless dedication to making every assignment a success story.

Before joining Alexander Hughes, Fivos gained international experience as a Human Resources Consultant for a leading Global HR Consulting firm, both in their New York and Athens offices. Accordingly, he worked at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising in Greece, handling major accounts and functioning as an internal advisor regarding Strategy and HR issues, while also being a minority shareholder. Fivos then founded his own Executive Search firm which was later merged with Alexander Hughes.

Fivos earned a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Psychology / Philosophy from Boston University with Magna Cum Laude Honors as well as a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in New York.

He is a certified Hogan assessment practitioner and an active British Psychological Society Occupational and Personality Test User.
