Heather gained extensive experience in executive recruiting for US based companies in technology and database marketing across multiple industries. She recruited senior executive and leadership roles for an array of companies from small to fortune 500 companies.
This was the groundwork for her understanding of executive recruiting and organizational development. She grew from associate to partner leading the company’s business and overall recruiting strategy.
After starting her career in Executive Search, Heather then held several executive leadership roles in Human Resources. She has worked for multiple growth-state technology companies with international presence in China, Europe and the Americas.
Her strength has been marrying business objectives with talent goals from small start-ups to public entities across multiple industries: Manufacturing, CPG, ClimateTech, Marketing Services.
