Ignacio Pascual

He brings solid experience by helping Boards of Directors and Executive Committees to deploy and implement corporate strategies through people. Some of the most significant projects throughout his career have allowed him to work on the merger of three Spanish banks, on the definition of an organizational and talent model for 18 African countries for one of the largest consumer companies in the world, or supporting succession processes or the implementation of Boards of Directors in several international family businesses.

Before joining Alexander Hughes, Ignacio was a member of the Executive Committee at a Tier One Executive Search firm, he was in charge of the Human Capital Transformation practice.

Previously he enjoyed a 6-year career at HayGroup, leading projects for the implementation of organizational efficiency models in the Financial Sector as well as in Life Science and TMT.

Ignacio started his career as a member of the Financial Sector and Management Solutions practice at KPMG, where he led projects for the implementation of organizational efficiency models.

He is currently an associate professor at several business schools, one of them among the Top 3 worldwide, where he helps students with strategy, compensation and organization.

Ignacio holds a degree in Law from the San Pablo-CEU University, and has completed the Advanced Business Management Program (PADE) from IESE.

He speaks Spanish and English and has a basic knowledge of Portuguese.
