Jose Carlos Sainz

José Carlos brings a solid experience in the design, development and implementation of organizational transformation and Sales Effectiveness projects.

His professional career began as a consultant for an international Swedish firm (Mercuri International), specialized in the design, development and implementation of commercial strategies. Later he joined the organization and remuneration area of ​​Mercer, where he had the opportunity to develop projects related to the design of remuneration models for commercial departments.

For the last 10 years, he has been a partner in a boutique consulting firm specialized in Business Model Transformation.

He has led and coordinated projects of implementation of commercial strategies, optimization of sales processes and organizational structures and design of commercial management models in different sectors where the professionalization of commercial management is key to ensure success.

His experience covers family-owned and multinational companies in both international and local projects.

José Carlos holds a degree in Industrial Sociology from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca and master’s degrees in marketing (ESIC) and human resources (Les Heures-UB). He speaks Spanish and English.

He is a member of AEDIPE (Spanish Association of People Management and Development).
