Karin De Pass joined Alexander Hughes in November 2022 as a Client Partner .

With more than two decades of experience, accompanying organizational and personal transformations, Karin is a seasoned expert in managing the search and development of talent in different industries and designing and implementing various programs for skills development. As a Client Partner and expert in the evaluation of competencies and potential, she assists clients to find and develop the talent that fits their organizational culture and adds value to their business.

She is certified by Target-DDI as a Master Trainer in Assessment Center Methodology and implementation of Competency Models. She is also Master Trainer for the complete Targeted Selection system and all the modules of the IMEX programs for Leadership Development.

Karin is a Psychologist graduate from Concepción University, she is a specialist in Health Psychology, in Design and Human Behavior, certified by Soledad de la Riva and by the Siglo 21 from University of Córdoba and Coach certified by Target DDI.

She is of Chilean and Panamanian nationality.

She speaks Spanish natively, English fluently and a basic of Portuguese.
