Marion Blot

Marion Blot is a Consultant at Alexander Hughes, based in the Lyon office.

Marion joined Alexander Hughes in 2020 as an Executive Search Expert helping companies of various size and in different sectors including industry, business services, food/farming & healthcare. She sourced and developed a significant network of C-level managers, committed to build long-term and trustful relationships.

Prior to joining Alexander Hughes, Marion worked for 8 years for an advisory and search boutique firm specialized in the private equity industry. She worked on many assignments across Europe, particularly in France, supporting professional investors, their portfolio companies and the management team both pre- and post-acquisitions. She has a proven experience of hiring C-level teams & board members and of developing deal insight and angles to support the private equity investors’ needs. Marion was part of the global CFO practice and was engaged in diversity initiatives.

Previously, Marion worked at Reed Recruitment in Ireland, a firm specializing in recruitment solutions, IT and HR consulting, based in Dublin.

Marion holds a Master’s degree from Kedge Business School with a specialization in Human Resources Management. She is French and speaks fluent English.

Marion has a strong interest in diversity and inclusion topics. She is also a music and photography lover.
