Nicolay  has over 22 years of experience in HR management, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Organizational Design and Effectiveness and Corporate Culture Development . He is specialized in the Industry, Technology, Retail, Logistics and Consumer Markets and manages top and middle management / expert level search assignments.

Previously he was managing Human Resources in multinational groups such as Viohalco, Mercator, Kaven Iradis and Umicore (now Aurubis).

He holds a master’s degree in Sociology from Central European University, Warsaw, Poland and BA degree in Business Administration.

His mother tongue is Bulgarian, and he speaks fluent English.
