Before joining the Search industry, Philippe enjoyed a successful 35-year career in strategy and management consulting, including 8 years as BCG (Boston Consulting Group) leadership and Talent global practice leader. He is a Hogan certified executive coach.
Philippe holds a master’s in business administration from ESSEC, one of the leading French business schools.
He is fluent in French, English and has a basic understanding of German.
Philippe is member of ESSEC, BOSSARD Consultants and BCG Alumni and one of the founders, in 2003, of IFA (Institut Français des Administrateurs), the French association of Directors and board members.
