Silvia Clares

She has over 15 years of professional experience in Human Resources, innovation, internal communication, and entrepreneurship, particularly specializing in talent acquisition for manager and senior manager positions in various industries and sectors, mainly retail, logistics, food production, and manufacturing.

Before joining Alexander Hughes, Silvia developed as a Consultant for two other relevant executive search firms in Mexico. She has led end-to-end talent acquisition process for specialized roles for many companies in Mexico, as well as abroad for large multinationals.

She has also collaborated as a human resources officer for a manufacturing company, providing service for over 400 internal and external collaborators.

Before specializing in Human Resources, Silvia specialized as a Consultant for innovation and communication in entrepreneurial projects.

Silvia holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a Master’s degree in Business Innovation and Development, both from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores in campus Toluca.

Silvia is fluent in Spanish and English.
