Yves Marin

Yves joined Alexander Hughes as Client Partner in 2024, bringing years of experience in both corporate and consulting positions. He works in the sectors of Retail, FMCG & industry, luxury, services.

Before joining the Search industry, Yves enjoyed a successful 16-year career in the consulting area for the CEOs and their close teams, working for Kurt Salmon, Wavestone and Bartle as a Partner on national or international issues.

Prior to that, Yves spent a 17-year period in the Retail business, for firms like Darty, Casino and Intersport. He led the international purchasing organization for Casino and Auchan, and also became Deputy General Manager for Intersport France.

Yves holds a Civil Engineer’s degree (INSA Lyon) ; he also studied Business Administration at Grenoble’s university (DESS CAAE – IAE).

He is fluent in French and English and has a basic understanding of German.

Yves belongs to the INSA Alumni network.

He is passionate about cultural leisure : reading, movies, music, museums, theater…
