Alister D’Souza joined Alexander Hughes as a Executive Director East Africa at the Kenya Office in 2021. 

He holds 20 years global experience as a senior Executive in Africa, Europe, Middle East & Far East. 

Alister is an experienced leader with cross functional industry experience in shipping & logistics, supply chain, railways, BPO and the Oil & Gas sectors. 

Alister is a member of the Board of Directors of the Postal Corporation of Kenya by Presidential appointment and is also a board member on various charitable trusts.
