Didier Guillot joined Alexander Hughes Paris in March 2024. He will take over the responsability for Alexander Hughes’s Paris Office as Client Partner of Alexander Hughes Executive Search to continue and create new strong and strategic international parternship with his clients, companies in sectors with very high added value mainly in industrial and service sectors.

Didier’s core expertise is mainly in the Industry, Consumer Markets, Utilities and Services.

Before joining Alexander Hughes, Didier has gained high extensive experience in the recruitment, general management as a CEO and leadership assessment in one of the international top leading executive search firm and development of international talents as well as the management of very complex international transformation programs in world’s leading business companies.

After starting his career at Henkel in France, Didier stayed for almost 20 years at L’Oreal, where he has been in various HR leadership positions in France, Americas, The Netherlands, Benelux and Iberia.   He then joined Le Duff Group, a family-owned leader in Bakery and Food  industry present in Europe, Americas and Asia, as a HR VP, before turning to Executive Search in 2019.

Didier is a graduate of Paris Sorbonne University (law and HR-Ciffop) and General Management Program (Cedep/Insead). He is fluent in French, English and Spanish, understands German and Dutch, plus a bit of Portuguese.

Didier is member of various Company Alumni and HR Association in France.
