Ingrid Barba joined Alexander Hughes as Client Partner in 2023, bringing over 16 years of experience from the Healthcare Industry.
Ingrid started her career at GE Healthcare in Paris participating in their Operations Management Leadership Program across diverse Supply Chain functions. She transitioned into business roles afterwards both in American multinationals like Hologic Inc. or Bard and European companies like Isdin and a French start up through their scale up phase.
Ingrid held diverse international leadership positions in Sales (direct and indirect channels), Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and General Management, including business turnarounds, among others.
Ingrid holds a Masters Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (Spain), a Masters Degree in Engineering with a Healthcare specialization from Institut Mines Télécom Atlantique (previously ENSTB) in France, an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs (France) and is a certified executive coach from Haute Ecole de Commerce in Paris (HEC Paris). She is also certified in Hogan Assessments and Organizations Culture Assessment.
She speaks Spanish, French, English and Catalan fluently and has a conversational level in Italian.
