Macarena Acevedo joined Alexander Hughes in 2022, bringing more than 20 years of executive search experience. Macarena specializes in commercial industries.

Since 2018, Macarena is  HR manager for Chili of a global company in the automotive sector with responsibility for business in Chile: Importers, Retailer and distributor.  Experience as HR manager for Mexico and in Corporate Projects.

Prior to this, she served as Human Resources Manager, in a local financial company, where he led high-impact projects.

Before this, she was a founding partner of a local Consulting firm where she developed businesses and led search projects for companies in the public and private sectors of various industries.

Prior to her career in executive search, Macarena began her career in 2003 as an Organizational Development Area Manager.

Macarena is an Human Resources Engineer, with a diploma in Management by Competencies and a Master’s in Organizational Management and Human Resources from UAI.

She speaks Spanish, intermediate level English and working knowledge of Portuguese.
