Before the start of her Executive Search career in 2018, Natalia was a senior-level executive, occupying key executive positions in recognized agribusiness companies: Cargill in Russia as a Key Account Manager, Head of Sales department for Rusagro – Russian greatest agroholding, and as a Procurement Manager with Malteurop, a world leader in the malt industry.

Prior to joining Alexander Hughes, Natalia was a Client Partner and the Head of the Agricultural Practice in several Russian and international consulting firms specialized in the assessment, formation, and development of leadership teams.

Natalia has extensive expertise in the industrial sector, advising companies seeking to compete through the innovative use and development of technology. She brings a deep understanding of the agricultural production value chain and its challenges, and serves as an adviser to producers, suppliers, and buyers of food products, both in the CIS and globally.

Natalia holds multiple degrees: an International Marketing Management degree from HanzeHogeschool van Groningen, an International Business and Management Studies degree from Rennes School of Business in France, and a Civil Law from Kuban Social Economics Institute.

In addition to her native Russian, Natalia speaks English, Dutch, and Italian fluently.
