With 35 years of experience in Business Development Management, Business Unit Management, and CEO functions, Pascal Jacquet joined Alexander Hughes Lyon in 2023 as a client Partner.

Pascal has a deliberately multi-market-oriented background.

During the first 10 years of his career, he worked in distribution, trading, and specialized transport, in positions of Key Account Management and Market Management.

He then worked for 15 years in the Distribution Department of the Accor Group, notably as Regional Director France East, interfacing 400 “high and mid-range” hotels.

He then took over the General Management of April Immobilier as CEO (insurance and wholesale brokerage) to lead its transformation for 4 years.

Before joining Alexander Hughes, Pascal was CEO of the CarGo Group (vehicle rental – 500 agencies in France). He took over the Group in a situation of Governance and Market crises, ensured its recovery, and accompanied the Chairman in the sale of the company.

As an entrepreneur, he has also supported CEO and investment funds as an Executive Business Coach and Senior Advisor.

Convinced by his career as a CEO that the key to the success of organizations will always remain the right person, on the right project, at the right time, the transition to Executive Search is obvious to him.

Pascal has a double training in Finance and Commercial Management. He is notably a graduate of a Master 2 obtained at IAE Lyon and is a certified Executive Business Coach.

He has practiced martial arts for over 40 years. He is a biker and musician (Rock Hard Rock), and speaks French and English.
