During his career stage from 2015 to 2023 he was specialized in the Financial Services industry, successfully leading and coordinating a team of consultants for the recruitment of middle to top senior management roles across Banks, Private Equities, Investment Banking, Alternative Investment Funds, Asset & Wealth Management, Securities Agencies, and Property & Real Estate funds.

His previous years from 2007 to 2012 working in financial services at firms such as PwC or Deloitte have given him a deep background and knowledge of the sector and its profiles. He was financial consultant, helping Banks and other financial players achieving its objectives.

After his Big Bour experience and prior to starting in recruitment, he developed the initial steps in Spain of an Australian financial services multinational.

Ramon holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a Master in Finance from the French Business School EDHEC, and he speaks Spanish, English and French.
