Simone Büchi is a Client Partner at Alexandre Hughes Switzerland, advising senior management on key talent acquisition.

For over 20 years, Simone combines the two fields of psychology and economics with a focus on management diagnostics and organizational development.

After studying psychology, she worked in research in Germany and, back in Switzerland, completed a higher degree in business administration. With her specialization in Human Resources, she has held various positions in the recruitment and development of top talents. She gained experience in companies from a wide range of industries, including companies in the service and industrial sectors, such as SBB, Swisscom and Bobst AG.

In her work Simone is committed to taking a holistic approach to people, with analytical acuity, open-minded thinking and an appreciative attitude. Thanks to her mandates in many different companies, she is familiar with the broad spectrum of requirements at middle to upper management level.

In addition to her work, she supports Ukrainian refugees with their integration in Switzerland.

Simone holds a Master´s degree in Psychology from the University of Zurich and

a Postgraduate degree in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Bern. She also completed a training in Future Leadership and Organizational Development at the Intrinsify Academy in Berlin.

She is fluent in German and English and has conversational skills in French, Italian and Russian.
