Thomas joined Alexander Hughes Human Capital as Consultant in 2022, bringing years of experience in Human Capital Management. He developed an expertise in Succession Management, Leadership Development and C-Level Assessments in financial services, automotive industry and defense. He led HR transformations in highly complex environments.

Over the last 20 years, he has successively undertaken the roles of Managing Consultant in an international Executive Search firm, Head of Talent Management in IT sector, Senior Consultant and International Program Manager in a global Human Capital consulting firm, and Client Partner in charge of the business expansion of Talent Management and Top Team Performance in a global firm specialized in career transition and organizational strategy.

Thomas has an expertise in strategic account management and international project management.

His passion for innovation and learning agility, his pragmatism, his willingness to support and his optimism are very much appreciated by his clients.

Thomas earned a master’s degree in business administration (France & Germany), majoring in human resources management. He is PRINCE2, HOGAN and OPQ certified.

He dedicates time for children with learning disabilities in schools and hospitals.

Thomas is fluent in French, English and German.
