Alexander Hughes is founded in London, one of the first executive search companies in Europe.
France opening
Maurice Rozet founded CPM Search in France, establishing one of the country’s first firms dedicated to direct search and executive recruitment and shape the future vision of this pioneering firm.
The company opens its door to the first clients in France and develops the French market
Europe expansion
CPM Search acquires the London company Alexander Hughes and expands into a network of privately owned European offices with the openings of offices in Spain and Germany.
The group changed its name to Alexander Hughes.
Global expansion
Under Julien Rozet’s leadership as CEO, the firm has continued its strong growth, expanding its global presence by opening offices in the Americas, India, and Asia.
