Borries Von Müller

Borries  brings over 30 years of senior HR leadership experience in global DAX corporations, combined with a strong background in executive search and early expertise in technical project management. He advises clients across HR, Technology, Digital, and Pharmaceutical Production, focusing on C-level and senior leadership placements, particularly Chief HR Officers and transformation leaders.

Most recently, Borries served as Senior Vice President Global Human Resources at Fresenius Medical Care AG, where he led a global HR organisation supporting over 110,000 employees. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Continental, Lufthansa, Star Alliance, and Andersen Consulting (Accenture), where he led the West European executive recruiting function.
