After beginning his career in finance and transactions, Côme transitioned into Executive Search in 2019. He subsequently developed his expertise within several Executive Search firms where he worked on recruitment assignments across the Banking, Asset management, and Investment sectors.
With his expertise in Corporate Finance, he also supports a range of M&A and Private Equity players, including Investment Funds, Investment Banks, Family Offices, and Private Banks, on specialised and strategic search mandates.
Thanks to his dual background in finance and recruitment, he advises organisations of all sizes on their talent acquisition challenges, combining analytical rigor, a strong understanding of business dynamics, and a deep assessment of leadership potential.
He holds a Specialized Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from Emlyon Business School and is also a graduate engineer from HEI Lille.
