Anne Mette Falbe-Hansen

With more than a decade of experience at senior leadership positions in public administration and international non-profit organizations, Anne Mette Falbe-Hansen brings a distinctive foundation to executive search: first-hand experience governing organizations where success is measured not only in ambitious results, but in public trust, regulatory accountability, complex stakeholder management and mission impact.

Anne Mette joins Alexander Hughes as Senior Client Partner, focusing on leadership recruitment across commercial and philanthropic foundations, strong regulated entities, associations, public sector, museums and the arts.

Her positions have brought her widespread expertise in governance, board services, security and business continuity, construction and building maintenance, customer experience and -service in complex organization settings.

She holds a law degree (cand.jur.) from the University of Copenhagen and the governmental     education for top leaders.

She works fluently in English, Danish and Swedish.
