Choukri Belaloui

Choukri joined Alexander Hughes as Client Partner in 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in senior Human Resources roles within international companies across banking, transport, electrical industry, oil & gas and quality of life services. He focuses on HR transformation, organizational development, talent management and change management, particularly in contexts of transformation, start-ups and joint ventures.​

Before joining Alexander Hughes, Choukri worked as an HR Management and Organization Consultant from June 2023, supporting companies in Services, Pharma and FMCG on organizational development and HR strategies. He analyzed structures and cultures, designed performance management systems and developed talent acquisition and succession plans aligned with business objectives.​

Previously, he held several executive HR leadership positions in major international groups, notably Sediver Algeria, Natixis Algeria and Alstom Algeria. He led large HR teams, drove HR digitalization, implemented new HR organizations and policies, and piloted restructuring, mobility and cost-optimization programs with significant performance and efficiency gains.​

Choukri holds a Ph.D. in Sociology of Work and Organizations from Constantine University in Algeria. He is also a certified coach (ICF ACSTH program) and has been a Lecturer and HR MBA Curriculum Coordinator at INSAG Education Group since 2021.​

Choukri is a native Arabic speaker, fluent in French, with professional proficiency in English.
