Eve Hibri

Eve joined Alexander Hughes as Client Partner in 2026, bringing over 20 years of executive search and leadership advisory experience across the GCC, including 13 years in the UAE. Based in Jeddah, she leads senior and C-suite mandates across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region, partnering with CEOs, boards, and business leaders to identify, assess, and place high-impact leaders aligned with growth and transformation agendas. Eve focuses on executive search, leadership advisory, and succession planning across diverse industries, applying a structured, data-driven, and performance-oriented approach.

Before Joining Alexander Hughes, she served as Head of Executive Search Operations at CORE3 Consultancy, a subsidiary of Balubaid Group in Jeddah. She led the executive search practice as a standalone business unit with full P&L ownership, delivering senior and executive hiring mandates across the Balubaid Group entities and external clients. She translated business priorities into structured recruitment strategies, workforce planning initiatives, and forward-looking talent forecasting, while building and mentoring a high-performing consulting team and driving a strong pipeline of Saudi and GCC leadership talent.

Prior to CORE3, Eve spent over a decade in the UAE in senior positions with international executive search firms and global corporates. She served twice as Senior Consultant with a leading global executive search firm in Dubai, delivering executive search assignments across FMCG, consumer products, financial services, industrial, and technology sectors throughout the GCC and collaborating closely with international offices to ensure alignment with global standards.

Between these engagements, Eve was Regional Director of International Recruitment at AQSACOM, a global leader in Cyber Intelligence software solutions for communications service providers and law enforcement agencies, where she built and led a highly skilled talent acquisition function supporting international expansion. Earlier, she held recruitment and operations leadership roles with Alpha Group in the UAE and with Access Consulting Limited in the DIFC. Eve began her career in Beirut with Business Services Office (BSO), where she developed her expertise in regional recruitment across the Middle East.

Eve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Middle East University in Beirut, Lebanon, and is currently pursuing a Six Sigma Black Belt certification at Kennesaw University in the United States.

Eve is fluent in English and Arabic, and has a basic knowledge of Spanish and French.
