Fanny Vandenberghe is Managing Partner Europe and member of the Executive Committee of Alexander Hughes.
With over twenty years of experience in management and consulting, Fanny Vandenberghe has built a versatile expertise spanning several key functions: general management, supply chain, sales, marketing, customer service, and operations. This broad range enables her to effectively address diverse challenges within varied teams and environments.
During her time at Signium and Boyden, she distinguished herself in headhunting, executive coaching, and interim management, while bringing added value to the Industrial and Private Equity – Venture Capital practices.
Previously, Fanny Vandenberghe held executive positions in several renowned companies, including Elis, Imo Carwash Ltd, and Bpost. These roles enabled her to develop her leadership skills, operational vision, and ability to drive strategic transformations.
She holds a coaching certification from the International Coaching Institute in Switzerland, in addition to a law degree from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Trilingual — fluent in French, Dutch, and English — Fanny thrives in multicultural and international contexts.
