Prior to joining the Search industry, Jorge has held different positions in his professional career, such as Global Talent Management Head, Chief Talent Officer Commercial, Global HR Head Emerging Markets and VP Region Latam, based in France and in several different countries, he has had the opportunity during his career, to design and implement Human Resources and Human Capital strategy, having also participated in complex M&A processes and change management and integration of companies.
Jorge holds a Master’s , Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
Jorge is fluent in English, French and Spanish and has basic knowledge of Portuguese.
He collaborates with different Human Resources associations at an international level.
