Martin Tisanic

Martin joined Alexander Hughes in 2019 and advanced to the Consultant role after six years of experience as a Researcher, where he developed deep expertise in market mapping, candidate assessment, and international executive search execution. The opportunity to independently lead projects, together with his curiosity for understanding complex business environments, enabled him to develop strong consulting capabilities.

Before joining the firm, he built his professional foundation in sales within the telecommunications industry, gaining a strong understanding of client relationship management and complex solution selling.

Within Alexander Hughes, Martin combines rigorous research methodology with a strategic advisory approach, ensuring each mandate is delivered with precision, integrity, and long-term value.

He is fluent in English and Croatian and Italian.

Outside of work, Martin is a musician, enjoys traveling the world and reading.
